Casanare, May 8, 2023 –To share the results of our operational and socio-environmental management in Casanare during the first quarter of the year, we held another of our ‘Meetings for Transparency’ in Tauramena and Villanueva municipalities. Municipal authorities participated in the meeting, which is part of our Company’s dialogue and relationship strategy.
These opportunities for dialogue have been carried out since our arrival in Casanare in 2012, and involve the leaders of our operational, social, labor, environmental and safety areas sharing a balance of management and results, and resolving the concerns and expectations of different stakeholders.
“We thank the local authorities for their assistance and participation in these meetings,” our newly appointed Nature and Neighbors manager Aníbal Fernández de Soto said at the meeting. “We are convinced that this type of space that promotes dialogue, opens communication, participation, and fundamentally feedback, are essential to consolidate relationships of trust and transparency in Villanueva and Tauramena.” He also stressed that these initiatives show our willingness and commitment to work with local institutions to jointly build a legacy of prosperity in the territories.
Through meetings such as this, we reaffirm our commitment to good neighborliness and permanent dialogue with our stakeholders. We will continue to carry out actions that promote the creation of value in the territories we work in to ensure the responsible and sustained development of our operations.
