GeoPark continues to promote Community Service Works, underscoring our commitment to shared, sustainable development with a territorial identity. This newsletter highlights strategic advances in Villanueva and Tauramena (Casanare), where we have invested more than 34 billion pesos in projects that strengthen infrastructure, improve road connectivity, protect the environment and promote a better quality of life for local people.
Standout projects include:
Repairs to the Vara-Soceagro road in Villanueva, which is more than 80% complete in an investment of more than 4 billion pesos.
Strengthening of bridges over the Tua and Pinalito rivers in Tauramena, which is more than 90% complete in an investment of over 16 billion pesos.
Sewerage system and wastewater treatment plant in Caribayona, benefiting more than 1,300 families.
Through coordination with local authorities and the active participation of communities, these works are already improving the quality of life of thousands of Casanare people.
