Reflecting our commitment to building responsible, sustainable and efficient relationships with our strategic partners, we have launched a new WhatsApp channel for our suppliers and contractors.
The channel, called ‘Jose, the Good Neighbor,’ is an agile digital platform that manages supply chain administrative queries in real time. Through it, our suppliers and contractors will be able to perform tasks such as updating commercial information, consulting purchase orders and the status of invoices, requesting tax certificates, and obtaining information on commercial relationships, payment notices, process manuals, commercial events and supplier registration requests.
Jose, the Good Neighbor is the only official and authorized channel to resolve queries related to GeoPark’s sourcing, tax and accounts payable processes, through which we provide clear, timely and reliable answers. It is important for entrepreneurs to bear in mind that through this channel we will not issue purchase orders or request new goods or services, nor will we demand any payments.
